Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment within 2 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. For personalized products, processing begins once we receive all required customization details.

Shipping Options

We offer Regular Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Express Shipping. Please select the shipping speed that best meets your deadline.

Shipping time is separate from our 2-business-day handling time. Selecting expedited or express shipping speeds up delivery after dispatch but does not shorten handling time.

Carrier Selection

Queenberry reserves the right to select any shipping carrier and service that meets the delivery timeframe promised for your selected shipping option.

Choosing Shipping to Meet Your Deadline

During checkout, review the delivery date shown for each shipping option and select the shipping speed that meets your deadline. Checkout provides the most accurate delivery timeframe for your order because it takes your shipping destination into account.

Once you receive your order’s tracking number, you can use it to check your shipment’s progress and delivery status.
